6.报价人资格要求
(1) The Respondent must be a legally registered entity in Indonesia and shall provide a valid Indonesian business license (NIB / SIUP / equivalent).
(2) The Respondent shall have completed at least one (1) similar labor subcontracting or similar engineering subcontracting project in Indonesia within the last three (3) years (2023–2026), and shall provide a valid project completion certificate or contract (or equivalent documentary evidence).
(3) Joint venture: Not accepted（Self-formatted letter of commitment bearing the respondent's company seal）.
(4) Other matters shall comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Note: Entities with the same legal representative or with control/management relationship shall not participate in the same bid section or the same undivided project. If the Respondent is listed as a dishonest judgment debtor during cooperation, the Purchaser reserves the right to terminate the cooperation early or require the Respondent to provide corresponding performance security.
7.谈判采购文件的获取
      凡有意参加报价者，请于2026-05-07 18:10:00至2026-05-11 14:00:00（北京时间，下同)，登录浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）下载电子文件。
8.报价文件递交及报价开启
      8.1报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2026-05-11 14:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。
      8.2逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。
      8.3项目报价开启时间为2026-05-11 14:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。
9.发布公告的媒介
      本次询价公告同时在浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）、阳光采购服务平台（http://www.ygcgfw.com）上发布，请于2026-05-11 14:00:00前响应，并确认是否参与项目，截止时间前未响应者无法参与报价。
